  • Taps are on the primary side of the transformer
  • Tap switch is used to select taps
  • Contactor and overload relay are provided
  • START / STOP push button provided
  • EPO push button provided
  • Voltmeter and ammeter are provided to monitor DC output voltage and current
  • 4/20 mA transmitters for DC output voltage and current are provided
  • Two fans are provided for cooling
  • Indoor enclosure: 50″H x 65″W x 36″D
  • All connections are inside the enclosure
  • Estimated weight: 2000 lbs.

The application is for cathodic protection of the steel structure using 75 VDC, 1000 Amps reverse current is shown below. This is a dry-type unit for indoor application. It is not an oil-filled unit with the outdoor application.
