CEHCO has considerable experience in building Six Diode bridge assemblies. Shown below is a Six Diode assembly using hockey puck diodes

 

Specifications:

  • Six Diode Bridge Assembly, P/N 3-1C-24N-2000A-1200PIV-6D-2F-120
  • Output: 1500 Amps max
  • Ripple = 5 % max
  • Each diode is rated for 2000 Amps, 1200 PIV
  • Six holes are provided on the + and  bus bars so that 12 each (4/0) cables can be connected.
  • Three holes on AC1, AC2, and AC3 can accommodate 6 each (4/0) cables.
  • Estimated dimensions: 31.5″L x 20.5″W x 12.0″H
  • Weight: 130 lbs
  • Two localize fans are provided for cooling.
  • The customer is to provide 120 VAC power to the fans
